Notice of Application for a Water Services Licence and a Sewerage Services Licence

Osprey Water Services Ltd, 47 Melville Street, Edinburgh EH3 7HL, hereby gives notice that on 14 February 2008. It made an application to the Water Industry Commission for Scotland for Water Services and Sewerage Services Licences in terms of Section 6 of the Water Services (Scotland) Act 2005.

Any person who wishes to make representations on the application should send these in writing or by email to the Director of Corporate Affairs, the Water Industry Commission for Scotland, Ochil House, Springkerse Business Park, Stirling FK7 7XE or licensing.representation@watercommission.co.uk no later than 5pm on the 13th March 2008.
